Our Story
Luma Shade was established in March 2026 with a simple vision: to provide beautiful, made‑to‑measure window solutions backed by exceptional customer service.
With more than 14 years’ experience in the blinds and window treatments industry, we’ve worked on everything from family homes to large commercial projects for the NHS, schools, universities, hotels and major organisations across the UK. After years in the sector, we knew it was time to take that expertise and build something of our own — a family business shaped by honesty, quality and genuine customer care.
As parents, creating Luma Shade meant more than starting a company. It was about building a future for our daughter, contributing to our local community, and helping customers improve their homes and businesses with solutions that truly last.
Today, Luma Shade brings together our industry knowledge with a friendly, personal approach, helping customers find practical, stylish window treatments made to measure and made to last.

With over 14 years of industry experience, I’ve worked across both domestic and commercial sectors, delivering projects for the NHS, schools, universities, hotels, tourist attractions and major organisations including British Aerospace. My technical knowledge, attention to detail and problem‑solving approach mean customers receive clear, expert advice and solutions that are genuinely tailored to their needs.
Beccy
With over a decade as a Personal Assistant supporting senior directors, I bring strong organisation, planning and problem‑solving skills to every customer journey. My background in managing complex schedules, logistics and confidential matters ensures every enquiry is handled with precision, creating a smooth, stress‑free experience from first contact through to installation and aftercare.
